Product Overview: 

The reason why FRP process pipelines enjoy a reputation for significant energy saving is that their characteristics are reflected in n≤0.0084. Due to the smooth inner wall, the fluid transmission pressure loss is small. Therefore, for the same flow rate, a smaller diameter or smaller power transmission pump can be selected for long-distance transportation. Large-diameter pipelines can also reduce installation costs, reduce insulation costs, cancel anti-corrosion costs, and exempt overhaul costs;

Process pipeline features:

Cold resistance: The pipe will not be frozen and cracked under freezing medium.

Corrosion resistance: In an environment where pipelines are crisscrossed and spread out in a grid pattern, different corrosion-resistant pipelines can be selected according to the requirements of the medium.

Pressure resistance: Design and manufacture pipelines and pipe fittings according to the pressure required by the process, and conduct pressure testing at 1.5 times the pressure required by the process;

Heat resistance: low temperature resistance is minus 50℃. High temperature resistance is 250℃;  or 

The insulation performance is good and can eliminate static electricity after improvement.
