Advantages of FRP pipes: 

1. Corrosion resistance: Select different types of anti-corrosion lining resins, suitable for different types of acids, alkalis, salts and various oils, seawater and organic solvents.

2. Lightweight, easy maintenance, and durable.

3. Easy installation : The length of FRP pipes is not restricted by technology, but for transportation considerations, the pipe plant is generally within 12M, which greatly reduces the number of joints required. Because FRP is light in weight, it can also be installed manually or with lightweight equipment, making the pipeline installation convenient and quick. 

4. The product has strong applicability: the existing standard sizes of FRP pipes  range from 25MM-4000MM in diameter. The long-term pressure resistance of the pipes is generally within 1.6MPA. According to the special needs of users, the higher pressure can reach above 6.4MPA.

5. Higher conveying capacity: The inner wall of the FRP pipe is smooth (N≤0.0084), which has higher flow capacity than traditional materials of the same diameter , saves pump energy and extends the service life of the project.  

6. Low penetration-permeability rate : Due to good sealing connection and  longer pipe length, FRP pipe has a lower penetration-permeability rate than traditional material pipes, which greatly reduces the penetration of groundwater into the pipe and also reduces the pollution of soil and groundwater by medium seepage.
